SUMMARY:Mechanical Contracting Project Management
DESCRIPTION:This course presents the practices of good project management in the mechanical contracting industry. In its 10 day format\, the course provides practice in fundamental tools as well as advanced concepts. This provides ample opportunity for those beginning their careers or moving from the field into project management to learn the tools they need to manage successful projects\; and to fill the gaps and present new project management concepts for those with some experience.This 10-day course for the Mechanical Contractors Association of Canada is provided in association with the University of Waterloo. There are separate sessions on project estimating\, communications\, scheduling\, claims\, and more.
